*NEW for 2008 RAMB COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE CERTIFICATES

A minimum of 300 points are required for each RAMB COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE Certificate. 180 points are required from the Core Course Programs plus 120 points from your choice of elective programs.  RAMB members must accumulate the total of 300 points between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 by attending programs, events, courses and seminars presented by or co-sponsored/endorsed by RAMB.  Course registration forms will indicate how many points will be given for participation in each class/seminar/program/event.  All RAMB seminars, programs and events count toward one or more of the RAMB COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS and some classes offer C.E. credit in addition to credit toward the certificate.  RAMB members can maintain their own record of class attendance, and complete the Affidavit of Required Core Courses and Electives by going to Miamire.com and clicking on Realtor Resources.
