South Florida Boasts 115 of Florida’s Most Sought-After Zip Codes

South Florida has 115 of Florida’s hottest 500 zip codes based on supply and demand, according to Realtor.com data released exclusively last month at the 21st annual MIAMI Association of REALTORS® International Real Estate Congress. In October 2015, the aforementioned Miami-Broward-Palm Beach-Martin zip codes received eight times as many views on Realtor.com than the average zip code.

International consumers comprised a majority of those web views as the South Florida real estate market leads all U.S. metro areas in international web traffic on Realtor.com.
